Listening

We believe our clients bring wisdom to the work we do, and as such, we value beginning our relationship with deep listening.

Because of this, we value having some pathway for dialogue with any prospective clients who send us an RFP for consideration.

Responding

Based what we learn from any prospective client, we design a project proposal tailored to the client’s needs, values, desired outcomes, and ecology.

We tailor our rates for institutional clients based on their field (e.g. corporate, government, private philanthropy, nonprofit) and operating budget. We ask individual clients to honor their class background and economic context when negotiating rates with us.

Honoring Our Lineages

We offer comprehensive, grounded, and intersectional equity praxis services that are intuitive and adaptive in their design. We are informed by lineages of racial justice, cultural justice, gender justice, and disability justice work. The teachers and mentors that Michele has trained and apprenticed with work within these traditions.
